Delivery and returns

Where is my order?
Once confirmed, your order will take 1-5 working days to reach you. Using express delivery, orders placed by 3 pm EST will arrive the next business day. Your parcel can be tracked through your Stories account, so keep an eye on its progress as it makes it way to you.

Where is my return?
Once you’ve posted your return back to us, we will send you an email to let you know as soon as it has arrived. Your refund or any exchanges you’ve asked for will then be specially arranged for you. Refunds will be made as soon as possible within 30 days, beginning with the date of receipt of the goods.

How do I know what size to choose?
If you’re struggling to find your perfect fit, don’t worry. Within each garment description you’ll find a guide to the pieces’ fit, style and material. If you have any other questions relating to the measurements, style or fabric of a piece, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team. We’ll be happy to advise you. Please note that all our garments are measured in centimetres.

When will my favourite piece come back into stock?
We know how disappointing it can be to find out something you’ve kept your eyes on has sold out. Usually we do not re-stock pieces, but there is always a chance that we receive a return back in, so keep those eyes on our website just in case.

I’ve fallen in love with a piece I’ve seen in a magazine. How do I get my hands on it?
We’re always thrilled when our pieces are featured in magazines and on blogs. If you have fallen in love with one of our products, but having trouble finding it, we’d be happy to help. Provide our customer service with a picture of where and when you saw the item you want, and we will do our best to find it for you.

Website issues

I’m having trouble using your website. How can this be fixed?
If you’re having trouble viewing our website, we have a few helpful tips that should do the trick! The first is to clear the cache, which can be done through your browser's Internet options. The other is to make sure that you are using the most up to date browser available, or trying different browsers. We do hope this will help!

What opportunities are available to interested press and bloggers?
We love hearing from people who enjoy our brand and are inspired by what we do. However, we get a lot of requests from fashion bloggers and as a result we’re unable to collaborate with individual blogs. If you would like to get in touch with our press department, please click here.

When crafting our pieces we always take great care with who we work with, so that we can continue to provide our customers with inspirational, quality garments.
