Payment options
Below you can find the different payment options available when shopping at & Other Stories.
Klarna
If you choose to pay with Klarna, there are several payment methods to choose from.
Klarna Pay Now
This means you can pay by card directly at the checkout. You can always pay using Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX. Payment is done when the order is confirmed.
Klarna Pay Later
With this option, you can choose to receive your delivery, before making any payment. You have 30 days to pay your invoice. More information of how and when to pay, will be provided by Klarna when your order is dispatched from & Other Stories.
Klarna Monthly Financing
You can choose to open an account with Klarna and receive monthly statements based on the option you chose. This option will be shown at checkout depending on your eligibility. You will receive account information when your order is dispatched.
*Please note that & Other Stories cannot provide details of why you are not be eligible to pay using our Pay Later or Monthly Financing options. If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact Klarna customer support.
Card payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and Amex. If your card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Your card will be debited when we dispatch your order. If your card transaction isn't approved, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions.
MobilePay
If you choose to pay with MobilePay, you will be redirected to a 'gateway page', where you enter your phone number. Follow the instructions to complete your purchase. Once the payment is completed, you will be redirected back to stories.com and your order is confirmed.
Google Pay
If you choose to pay with Google Pay, a pop-up window will appear where you can choose either a saved card in your Google Pay wallet or add a new one. Once you have clicked 'Pay', you will see the order confirmation page.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay is available when shopping on an Apple device and online in Safari. Before you use Apple Pay, you must activate it in your Apple account and device.
If you choose Apple Pay at checkout, confirm the payment on your Apple device. Once the payment is completed, you will be redirected back to stories.com.
PayPal
If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment. Log in to your account and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, create an account and then confirm the payment. Once confirmed, you will be redirected back to stories.com and your order is confirmed.

VAT is included in all our prices. All prices and product information on the & Other Stories online shop are subject to change and some garments are only available in selected stores.
If you’re a student based in the UK, Germany or France with a valid Student Beans card, you'll get 12% off on stories.com and in our stores in your respective region You cannot use this offer interchangeably between these regions, as the store discount only applies to the region that your Student Beans card is registered in. We would love to offer student discount for all regions, and we’re currently working on that. Stay tuned for further updates by subscribing to our newsletter.
How to get your student discount online
1. To redeem your discount code please have your Student Beans card ready and click here: https://other-stories.connect.studentbeans.com/
2. Or visit & Other Stories page on the Student Beans website.
3. Log in to verify your student code.
4. Collect your discount code.
5. Go to stories.com, find the fashion of your choice, add your items to the shopping bag and enter the promotion code in the check out. We’ll deduct your 10% discount.
How to get your student discount in store
Just bring your card or Student Beans app along with your ID to one of our stores in your region This discount offer is currently only valid for students in the UK, Germany or France, and can only be used in the region that your Student Beans card is registered in.

Currently gift cards can only be bought and used in our stores, within the country of purchase.
