Deliveries in Denmark can only be made to recipients 18 years or older, with a valid Danish address. We do not ship to Faroe Island or Greenland.

Items ordered in United Kingdom can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in United Kingdom. We do not ship to the overseas territories (Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey).
Certain items have transportation restrictions, and cannot be shipped to some locations. Read more here.

What delivery options do I have?

You can choose between Standard Home Delivery, Standard PickUp Location and Express Home Delivery:

Standard PickUp Location:
(£5/Free for orders over £120, 2-3 working days)

We will deliver your purchase within 2-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Standard delivery is free for orders over £120. During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Standard Home Delivery:
(£7/Free for orders over £120, 2-3 working days)

We will deliver your purchase within 2-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Standard delivery is free for orders over £120. During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Express Home Delivery:
(£10, 1-2 working days)

We also offer a express delivery (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) for orders placed before 17:30 on Monday to Friday and before 09:30 on Saturday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two days (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).

During high season and Sale, express delivery might be unavailable.

What delivery locations can I choose?

We offer you the following delivery options:

Delivery to your home address:
Select Standard Home Delivery or Express Home Delivery as delivery option in the checkout and make sure that your home address is ticked as delivery address.

Delivery to an alternative address:
Select Standard Home Delivery or Express Home Delivery as delivery option in the checkout, untick your home address as delivery address and select or enter an alternative address.

Delivery to a Parcel Shop:
Select Standard PickUp Location as delivery option in the checkout and search for a convenient Parcel Shop by entering a postcode. If you nominate someone else to pick up the parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID and the Pick-up code as well as their own ID.

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.

Undeliverable parcels

If we are unable to deliver your package, according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to & Other Stories.
