Why and how are we using your personal data?
When you sign-up for an event we will ask you to provide your name and contact information. We need this information to be able to reach out to you with relevant information and grant you access to the venue.

We sometimes film and photograph at our events, and the content will be used to market our services and to promote future events on our website, social media channels and in marketing materials. We will also use the content for internal use. You will be notified if we intend to photograph/film at an Event. There will always be photo free zones for your convenience.

Who has access to your personal data?
We may share your data within the H&M Group. Your personal data is also forwarded to third parties in order to provide you with the services mentioned above, like PR agencies to compile the guest list.

Except as explicitly stated herein, we never pass on, sell or swap your data to any third parties.

What is the legal ground to process your personal data? 
The processing of your personal data to be able to make the event available to you is based on our legitimate interest as a business.

How long do we keep your data?
We will keep your data as long as necessary to make the event available to you and fulfill the purposes stated above.
