What delivery locations can I choose?
Select your country from the list below to see your local delivery information. All standard delivery times can be found on this page. During high season and sale delivery times may be extended. The available shipping methods, cost, and current delivery time of your order will be shown at the checkout.
Enter your preferred delivery address at the checkout or select a convenient parcel shop. If someone picks up a parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID, the pick-up code, and their own ID.
Track your order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track it under ‘Orders’ when you log in to My Account.
Delivery restrictions
Items ordered can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in your selected country. Delivery location exclusions are listed below. See transportation restrictions here.

If your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to & Other Stories.
Ordering from abroad
To order whilst abroad, visit the & Other Stories website of the country you are in and provide a local delivery address at checkout.

Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is free for orders over €90. We will deliver your purchase within 2-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Please note that in Brussels and Antwerp your parcel might be delivered in the evening (from 16:00 until 22:00 CET).

Standard Climate Smart Home Delivery - €5, not free over €90
Express Delivery
We also offer Express Delivery (1-2 days) for orders placed before 16:30 CET Monday to Friday and before 13:30 CET on Saturday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two working days.
This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
