After You Return

Budbee
If your order was delivered via Budbee, you can also book a pick-up of your return. You will receive an SMS from Budbee with instructions after you have received your goods. The courier will bring a return label.
Budbee box
Attach the self-adhesive address label to your shipment and book a return via the link in the SMS previously sent to you.
Follow the instructions and then leave the package in your chosen Budbee box. If the package is too large, you will be able to book a pick-up of the return at your home.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags attached. Shoes must be returned with their original boxes.
Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

How to return dangerous goods:
Use a Box with the LQ Dangerous Goods Label
If you're using the original packaging, the label is already attached.
If using a different box or the label is damaged, print a new label.
Secure the Product
Fill the box with paper or padding to keep the item stable during transit.
Follow the Standard Return Process
Refer to your delivery note for return instructions.
Important: If you're returning items without dangerous goods, please remove the LQ label from the box.

2. Pack Your Items
Use the original packaging or a suitable alternative. Please ensure items are:

- Have all tags attached
- Shoes must be returned in their original boxes.
3. Condition Guidelines
- Faulty items can always be returned.
- Non-faulty items that are used, washed, soiled, or damaged will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
5. Return Cost
A return fee of €4 per order will be deducted from your refund.
6. Choose Your Return Method

Note: Items purchased on hm.com cannot be refunded or exchanged by & Other Stories online or in stores. These must be returned to H&M online following the instructions in your parcel.
After You Return
Once we’ve processed your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email—usually within two weeks of sending it back. Please keep your return receipt until you receive confirmation.
DPD
You can return your item(s) to us with DPD. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. Please remember to ask for a proof of postage, when dropping off the package at the DPD parcel shop of your choice.

A return form is included in your parcel. If you no longer have this form, simply print and fill in all required information in a new form.
