What delivery options do I have?

At & Other Stories, we offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs. At checkout, you can choose delivery to your home address, a pickup point or a parcel locker.

Standard delivery is free of charge for orders over CHF 150.

Standard home delivery (Swiss Post or Quickpac): 4-5 working days (CHF 5)
Environmentally friendly standard delivery to a pickup point (Quickpac): 4-6 working days (CHF 6)
Standard delivery to a pickup point or parcel locker (Swiss Post): 3-4 working days (CHF 6)

Express home delivery (UPS): 1-2 working days (CHF 14) Orders placed Monday to Friday before 18:15 are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within two working days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

Quickpac pickup notification: You will receive an email as soon as your parcel arrives at the pickup location. Your parcel will be held for collection for 14 days.
Swiss Post pickup notification: You will receive an email or SMS as soon as your parcel arrives at the pickup location. Your parcel will be held for collection for 7 days.

Available delivery options for your address will be displayed at checkout. During peak periods and sale events, delivery times may be extended. Express delivery may also be unavailable during these periods. Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Track your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can track your order by entering your order or tracking number along with your email address below. You can also follow your order by signing in to your account.

Delivery restrictions

Ordered items may only be delivered to persons over 18 years old with with an address in Switzerland.

Unclaimed Parcels

Sometimes life gets in the way, and you forget to pick up your order. That's fine, we've all been there. However, if your order remains uncollected at the pick-up point after several reminders have been sent, we have the right to charge you the cost of returning the order to us amounting to 4 CHF. In such cases, the parcel will be sent back to & Other Stories.

Ordering from abroad

To order whilst abroad, visit the & Other Stories website of the country you are in and provide a local delivery address at checkout.
