What delivery options do I have?

At & Other Stories we like to let the people choose their most convenient delivery options. At the checkout you can choose as delivery address your home or a parcel shop.

Standard delivery to your home address by SwissPost or Planzer (5 CHF). Standard delivery is free of charge for orders over 150.00 CHF.

We will deliver your order within 4-5 working days after receipt of your order confirmation.

Express delivery by UPS or Planzer to home address (CHF 14).

We also offer express delivery for orders placed Monday to Friday before 17:00. Orders placed later will be delivered within two working days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded. (1-2 days)

Environmentally friendly standard delivery to a Pick up Point by Planzer- 4-6 working days. (6 CHF)

Your purchase will be delivered in 4-6 working days after receipt of the order confirmation.

Express deliveries may not be possible in the high season and Sales period may not be possible.

Planzer Pick-up notification: You will receive an e-mail as soon as your parcel has arrived at the pick-up station. Your parcel will be there waiting for you for 14 days.

You will see at the checkout if this delivery option is also available to you at your available at your place of residence.

During high season and sale delivery times may be extended. The available shipping methods, cost, and current delivery time of your order will be shown at the checkout. 

Track your order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track it under ‘Orders’ when you log in to My Account.

Delivery restrictions

Ordered items may only be delivered to persons over 18 years old with with an address in Switzerland.

If your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to & Other Stories.

Ordering from abroad

To order whilst abroad, visit the & Other Stories website of the country you are in and provide a local delivery address at checkout.
