You can check your gift card balance in store, on stories.com or by adding your gift card to the wallet app, where your current balance can be viewed.

Gift cards can be used at any & Other Stories shop within the country of purchase or online at stories.com in the country of purchase.

These terms and conditions apply to & Other Stories Gift Cards purchased via our business partner SVS UK Limited in any of our & Other Stories shops or on stories.com ('& Other Stories Gift Card' or '& Other Stories e-Gift Card', jointly '& Other Stories Gift Cards') and to our & Other Stories Merchandise Cards ('& Other Stories Merchandise Card' or '& Other Stories e-Merchandise Card' jointly '& Other Stories Merchandise Cards'). By purchasing & Other Stories Gift Cards, or using the & Other Stories Merchandise Cards, you accept these terms and conditions ('Terms and Conditions'). & Other Stories reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate the Terms and Conditions without notice. The most recent Terms and Conditions will always be posted at stories.com.

& Other Stories Gift Cards and & Other Stories Merchandise Cards may be used in & Other Stories shops and online at stories.com in the country where the card was bought or where the & Other Stories Merchandise Card was issued. You can use the & Other Stories Gift Cards and & Other Stories Merchandise Cards to pay for the full value or part of the value of your selected item(s). If your purchase online is not completely covered by & Other Stories Gift Cards or & Other Stories Merchandise Cards you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase. Please read more in the Payment section at stories.com. The online purchase receipt will not show the current balance of the & Other Stories Gift Cards and & Other Stories Merchandise cards used in the transaction. However, all gift cards and merchandise cards can be added to the wallet app on your digital device, where current balance will also be displayed. In addition, you can always check your current balance online at stories.com, in a & Other Stories shop or by contacting Customer Service.

If you order your & Other Stories Gift Cards online, your order and payment will be processed and dispatched by SVS UK Limited, however your credit/debit card statement will show stories.com Gift Card Purchase.

SVS only accepts credit cards as payment for & Other Stories Gift Cards. You need to be 18 years or older, in order to pay with a credit card.

We aim to deliver the & Other Stories Gift Card within 12 working days from date of order. & Other Stories will not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery. If you purchase an & Other Stories e-Gift Card you will have the option of when the chosen recipient will receive an email with their gift card.

You are obligated to provide a correct address for delivery of the & Other Stories Gift Card. If you order an & Other Stories e-Gift Card you are obligated to provide a correct email address for delivery. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed & Other Stories reserves the right to withhold the delivery of the & Other Stories Gift Cards.

Each online purchase of & Other Stories Gift Cards is limited to a maximum value of 300 EURO. The online minimum value for & Other Stories Gift Cards is 1 EURO. You can increase the balance of your physical & Other Stories Gift Card by purchase of additional credit in any & Other Stories shop in the country where the card was bought.

& Other Stories Gift Cards are valid for 5 years from the date of the last activation or purchase. At the expiry of the validity period, the & Other Stories Gift Cards cannot be used for purchase, reactivated nor can the unused remaining value be refunded.

The & Other Stories Gift Cards can be used until the balance of the card is zero. If the balance of the card is zero for three months, the & Other Stories Gift Card is invalid and cannot be activated or used again.

& Other Stories Merchandise Cards are valid for 2 years from the date of the last activation or purchase. At the expiry of the validity period, the & Other Stories Merchandise Cards cannot be used for purchase nor can the unused remaining value be refunded.

The & Other Stories Merchandise Cards can be used until the balance of the card is zero. If the balance of the card reaches zero, the & Other Stories Merchandise Card is invalid and cannot be activated or used again.

& Other Stories may cancel this card if it has reasonable grounds to do so.

If you paid for your order with two different payment methods, you'll receive a refund on your second payment method first. For example, if you paid for your order with gift card and credit card, we will first refund you on the credit card. If the value of articles you returned exceed the amount paid with credit card, the rest will be refunded in the form of e-gift card. Read more here.

The & Other Stories e-Merchandise Card will be sent to you by email when the return is complete. If you return items purchased online to one of our & Other Stories shops, you will be refunded in the same way as if you had returned the items using our online return process, as long as the return is made within the 30-day return period. For any returns made after the expiry of the return period of 30 days, we reserve the right to refund you via an e-Merchandise Card.

You have a 28 day return period (beginning the day after delivery of your order) to cancel your order of & Other Stories Gift Cards purchased online and receive a full refund, including the standard delivery costs, but excluding the cost of returning the card if such costs has been generated.

& Other Stories cannot be held liable for & Other Stories Gift Cards or & Other Stories Merchandise Cards once activated, which subsequently are lost, stolen, inactivated or damaged. Treat your & Other Stories Gift Cards and COS Merchandise Cards as cash.
