Delivery

What delivery options do I have?

Standard delivery is free for orders over 900 NOK. We will deliver your purchase within 4-6 working days after receiving your order confirmation.Standard Home Delivery (50/65 NOK)Standard Pickup Location (45 NOK) Standard Parcel Locker Location (45 NOK)

During high season and sale delivery times may be extended. The available shipping methods, cost, and current delivery time of your order will be shown at the checkout. 

Track your order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track it under ‘Orders’ when you log in to My Account.

Delivery restrictions

We do not ship to Svalbard.

Undeliverable Parcels

If your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to & Other Stories.

To order whilst abroad, visit the & Other Stories website of the country you are in and provide a local delivery address at checkout.
