Delivery
What delivery options do I have?
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is free for orders over 900 NOK. We will deliver your purchase within 4-6 working days after receiving your order confirmation.
Standard Home Delivery - 50/65 NOK
Standard Pickup Location - 45 NOK
Standard Parcel Locker Location - 45 NOK
During high season and sale delivery times may be extended. The available shipping methods, cost, and current delivery time of your order will be shown at the checkout.
Track your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can track your order by entering your order or tracking number along with your email address below. You can also follow your order by signing in to your account.
Delivery restrictions
We do not ship to Svalbard.
Unclaimed Parcels
Sometimes life gets in the way, and you forget to pick up your order. That's fine, we've all been there. However, if your order remains uncollected at the pick-up point after several reminders have been sent, we have the right to charge you the cost of returning the order to us amounting to 45 NOK. In such cases, the parcel will be sent back to & Other Stories.
Ordering from abroad
To order whilst abroad, visit the & Other Stories website of the country you are in and provide a local delivery address at checkout.
