Standard Home Delivery: 30 USD, free for orders over $200.

We offer you delivery to your home address 4-6 working days after receiving your order confirmation, excluding customs processing times. Please note that & Other Stories is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at customs. Your order is shipped from Tilburg, Netherlands.

Please note, for remote locations such as Federate States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Tuvalu, Wallis and Futuna delivery can take longer.

Kindly note, during high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can track your order by entering your order or tracking number along with your email address below. You can also follow your order by signing in to your account.

Please note, the total order amount does not include local sales tax/ VAT. In certain locations, if the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit an import tax/customs fee may be applied upon delivery. & Other Stories does not compensate for these additional charges.Please check with your local Customs Office for more information. How to pay these fees:Once the parcel has entered the destination location, it will be held by Customs for clearance. During this process, import duties and tax fees will be calculated. If additional charges apply, our transport partner will contact you to pay the extra fee before Customs releases the order.

New Zealand GST

New Zealand GST will apply at the rate of 15% to Low Value Goods (under $1000 NZD) sold on & Other Stories by non-New Zealand resident suppliers and delivered to a New Zealand address. When you provide a New Zealand delivery address at checkout, the estimated tax applies to your items and is calculated into your order total. The prices displayed on & Other Stories are inclusive of the applicable New Zealand 15% GST. New Zealand 15% GST is also applicable on any delivery associated with orders of LVG.

GST will apply to each LVG in an order, regardless of the total value of all items in an order. You'll be able to see your final price inclusive of any applicable estimated New Zealand GST before you confirm your order.

Australian GST

Australian GST will apply at the rate of 10% to LVG sold on & Other Stories by non-Australian resident suppliers and delivered to an Australian address. When you provide an Australian delivery address at checkout, the estimated tax applies to your consignment and is calculated into your order total. The prices displayed on & Other Stories are inclusive of the applicable Australian 10% GST. Australian 10% GST is also applicable on any delivery associated with orders of LVG.

You'll be able to see your final price inclusive of any applicable estimated Australian GST before you confirm your order.
