    Delivery

    Where does & Other Stories deliver?

    We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington D.C.) Monday – Saturday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

    What delivery options do I have?

    You can choose between Economy Delivery, Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

    FREE Economy Delivery
    2-8 business days

    Orders placed by 1PM EST will be delivered within 2-8 business days.

    Standard Delivery
    1-3 business days,  $6 (FREE on orders over $140)

    Orders placed by 1PM EST will be delivered within 1-3 business days (to residential addresses: Tuesday-Saturday, commercial addresses: Monday – Friday). Standard delivery is free for orders over $140. The discount applies automatically at the checkout. During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

    Express Delivery
    1-2 business days,  $29

    We also offer a next day delivery (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). Orders placed before 2 pm EST Monday - Friday will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 2 pm EST on Friday and orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
    During high season and sale, next day delivery might be unavailable.

    What delivery locations can I choose?

    We offer you the following delivery options.

    Delivery to your home address:

    Select Standard Delivery or Express Delivery as delivery option in the checkout and make sure that your home address is ticked as delivery address.

    Delivery to an alternative address:

    Select Standard Delivery or Express Delivery as delivery option in the checkout, untick your home address as delivery address and select or enter an alternative address.

    How can I track my parcel?

    As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
    You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.

    Undeliverable parcels

    If we are unable to deliver your package, according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to & Other Stories.
