What delivery options do I have?

Economy Shipping: $5*

Economy shipping is applicable for orders placed any time of day. Orders are expected to be delivered within 3-8 business days.

Standard Shipping: $8

Standard Shipping is applicable for orders placed before 12 p.m. EST Monday to Friday. Orders are expected to be delivered within 1-5 business days.

Express shipping: $29

Express shipping is available for orders placed before 12 p.m. EST Monday to Friday and will be delivered the following business day.

For Express orders placed after 4p.m. EST on Friday's, you should expect your order within 2 business days.

All orders are delivered Tuesday-Saturday to residential addresses, and Monday-Friday to commercial addresses. Unfortunately, we don't offer Express shipping service to Alaska and Hawaii at this time

**Please note that orders placed after the shipping cut-off time will ship out the following business day.

Shipping to an alternate address:

Select standard Home Delivery as the delivery option at checkout, untick your home address as the delivery address and select or enter an alternative address.

Track your order

As soon as your order is packed, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

You will also be able to track your order under "Orders" when you log in at My Account.

Kindly note, during high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Delivery restrictions

We deliver to all states including P.O. boxes, but we are unable to ship APO/FPO/DPR addresses or U.S. Territories.

Certain items have transportation restrictions and cannot be shipped to some locations. Read more here.

Undeliverable Parcels

If we are unable to delivery your package, according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to & Other Stories.

Ordering from abroad

If you would like to order from & Other Stories while you are abroad, visit stories.com, and select the region based on your location, the provide a local delivery address in that location upon checkout.
