What delivery options do I have?

Standard delivery is free for orders over £80. We will deliver your purchase within 4-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Your delivery options vary depending on your location within the UK.

Standard Home Delivery (£4)

Standard Pickup Location or Locker (£3,50) (not available in Northern Ireland)

We also offer Express Delivery (1-2 working days) for orders placed before 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two additional working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Express Home Delivery (£10) (not available in Northern Ireland)

Express Pickup Location (£10) (not available in Northern Ireland)

During high season and sale delivery times may be extended. The available shipping methods, cost, and current delivery time of your order will be shown at the checkout. 

All duties & taxes are paid for all UK orders.

Track your order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track it under ‘Orders’ when you log in to My Account.

Delivery restrictions

We also do not ship to BFPO, mail forwarding companies or the Isle of Man. For shipping to Jersey and Guernsey, please select International Shipping as your location.

Undeliverable Parcels

If your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to & Other Stories.

Ordering from abroad

To order whilst abroad, visit the & Other Stories website of the country you are in and provide a local delivery address at checkout.
