What delivery options do I have?

Standard delivery is free for orders over €90. We will deliver your purchase within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

We also offer Express Delivery (1-2 days) for orders placed before 19:30 or 11:00 p.m. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within two business days. This excludes Sunday and public holidays.

Express Pick Up Point delivery (€8)

Orders must be placed before 19:30 p.m. Monday to Saturday.

During high season and sale delivery times may be extended. The available shipping methods, cost, and current delivery time of your order will be shown at the checkout.

If someone picks up a parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID, the pick-up code, and their own ID.

Track your order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track it under ‘Orders’ when you log in to My Account.

Delivery restrictions

Delivery Restrictions. We do not ship to the overseas territories (Aruba and the relevant territories of the (Dutch) Antilles).

Items ordered can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in your selected country. Delivery location exclusions are listed below. See transportation restrictions here.

Undeliverable Parcels

Sometimes life gets in the way, and you forget to pick up your order. That's fine, we've all been there. However, if your order remains uncollected at the pick-up point after several reminders have been sent, we have the right to charge you the cost of returning the order to us amounting to 4 EUR. In such cases, the parcel will be sent back to & Other Stories.

Ordering from abroad

To order whilst abroad, visit the & Other Stories website of the country you are in and provide a local delivery address at checkout.
