Below you can find the different payment options available when shopping at & Other Stories.

Klarna

Klarna is an alternate payment method that allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. You will be charged for your first of four payments when your order is shipped, and your credit and debit card will be automatically charged every two weeks. Card payment

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amex, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Klarna and Diners.

We will only take payment from your credit/debit card or Paypal account when your order has been dispatched. For further information about Paypal or to create a Paypal account please visit paypal.com

All transactions are encrypted for your safety, for more information about card purchases please read our Privacy notice.

If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately, and you will receive an order confirmation to your email. If the credit card transaction is not approved, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

The currency used is US dollar ($) for orders shipped to the United States. All prices and product information on the & Other Stories online shop are subject to change and may vary from stores.

Please note we only ship to the US.

Google Pay

If you choose to pay with Google Pay, a pop-up window will appear where you can choose either a saved card in your Google Pay wallet or add a new one. Once you have clicked 'Pay', you will see the order confirmation page.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is available when shopping on an Apple device and online in Safari. Before you use Apple Pay, you must activate it in your Apple account and device.

If you choose Apple Pay at checkout, confirm the payment on your Apple device. Once the payment is completed, you will be redirected back to stories.com.

PayPal

If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment. Log in to your account and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, create an account and then confirm the payment. Once confirmed, you will be redirected back to stories.com and your order is confirmed.

Sales Tax

& Other Stories charges the appropriate state and local sales tax based on the delivery address of your order. Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. The sales tax displayed at check-out is estimated and the final applicable tax will be calculated when your order is shipped. & Other Stories collects sales tax from the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, Washington DC, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin.

Secure Payment

For card purchases we work with an authorized payment agent that helps us to check directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. Our payment agent processes your card details in the correct way according to the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by the card companies VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that your card details are processed with a very high level of security. To make card purchases with us as secure as possible all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that the information is passed through a secure connection and that your card details cannot be read by external parties.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be used online or in any & Other Stories store (in the country where it was purchased). They can be used as full payment or combined with another payment method.
