What delivery options do I have?

Standard Delivery

Delivered within 4–5 working days after order confirmation. Delivery options may vary by location.

Pickup Location £4 | Free over £80

Parcel Locker £3.50 | Free over £80

Home Delivery £4

Express Delivery

Delivered within 1–2 working days. Available for orders placed before 6:30 p.m Mon–Fri

Home Delivery – £10

Pickup Location – £10

Orders placed after 6:30 p.m. will arrive within two additional working days.

Excludes weekends and public holidays.

Collect in store

Collect in store is free of charge for all customers.

Available for selected stores. If your order is eligible for Collect in Store, this option will appear at checkout along with the available collection location.

Orders placed at least 2 hours before store closing can be collected the same day. Orders placed later will be ready the next working day. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection. Please bring a valid photo ID and your QR code when collecting.

Orders must be collected within 72 hours.

During high season, sale periods, and bank holidays, collection times may be longer. The current collection time will always be displayed at checkout.

All UK orders include duties & taxes.

Track your order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track it under ‘Orders’ when you log in to My Account.

Delivery restrictions

We ado not ship to BFPO, mail forwarding companies or the Isle of Man. For shipping to Jersey and Guernsey, please select International Shipping as your location.

Unclaimed Parcels

Sometimes life gets in the way and you may forget to pick up your order — that’s completely understandable. If your order is delivered to a pick‑up point or parcel locker and remains uncollected after several reminder notifications, it will be returned to & Other Stories. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a return handling fee of £3, which will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of returning the parcel.

If you selected Collect in Store at checkout, your order will be held in store for 72 hours from the time it is ready for collection. If the order is not collected within this timeframe, it will automatically be returned and refunded to your original payment method. No return fee applies in this case. If you still wish to receive the item(s), you’ll need to place a new order.

Ordering from abroad

To order whilst abroad, visit the & Other Stories website of the country you are in and provide a local delivery address at checkout.
