What delivery options are available?

Our standard delivery time is 4-6 business days. During peak periods and sale events, delivery times may be longer. Available delivery methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Standard delivery to a collection point or parcel locker is free for orders over SEK 900.

Standard home delivery (SEK 70)
Express home delivery (SEK 170)

For deliveries to a pickup point or parcel locker, your package will be delivered to the billing address you provided during your order or that is stored in your account, if it is larger than the maximum allowed dimensions.

Express delivery takes 1-2 business days for orders placed before 4:30 PM Monday-Friday or before 10:30 AM on Saturdays.

Collect in store
Collect in store is free of charge and available at selected stores. If your order is eligible, this option and the available collection locations will be displayed at checkout.

Orders placed at least 2 hours before store closing can be collected the same day. Orders placed later will be ready for collection the next working day. During peak periods, sale events, and bank holidays, collection times may be longer. The estimated collection time is always displayed at checkout.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please bring a valid photo ID and your QR code when collecting your order. Orders must be collected within 72 hours. Uncollected orders are subject to a return fee of SEK 40.

If someone is collecting a parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID, the collection code, and their own ID.

For deliveries to parcel lockers via Budbee and Instabox, you may be required to verify your identity using BankID to ensure the parcel is collected by the correct person.

Track your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can track your order by entering your order or tracking number along with your email address below. You can also follow your order by signing in to your account.

Delivery restrictions

Items ordered can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in your selected country. Delivery location exclusions are listed below. See transportation restrictions here.

Undeliverable Parcels

Sometimes life gets in the way, and you forget to pick up your order. That's fine, we've all been there. However, if your order remains uncollected at the pick-up point after several reminders have been sent, we have the right to charge you the cost of returning the order to us amounting to 40 SEK.

Ordering from abroad

To order whilst abroad, visit the & Other Stories website of the country you are in and provide a local delivery address at checkout.
