Payment options

Here you will find information about different payment options.

Klarna

Pay now

With "Pay now," your payment is made immediately with your card, via bank transfer, Swish, or through a linked bank account.

Pay later

With "Pay later," you have the option to receive your products and pay your invoice within 30 days. You will receive information on how and when to pay your invoice from Klarna after your order has been shipped. If this option is available to you, it will be shown at checkout; otherwise, you still have the "Pay now" option.*

Monthly financing

You can choose to open an account with Klarna and receive monthly statements based on the option you selected. If this option is available to you, it will be shown at checkout; otherwise, you still have the "Pay now" option.* You will receive account information when your order is shipped.

*Please note that & Other Stories cannot provide information on why you are not eligible to pay with the Pay later or Installments options. If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact Klarna's customer support.

Swish

We offer Swish through Klarna, a mobile payment service that makes it easy, fast and secure to transfer money.

Download the Swish app.
Select Swish as your payment method at checkout.
Approve your purchase using Klarna Checkout.
The amount will be deducted directly from your connected bank account.

Card Payment

We offer Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, or AMEX. If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved, and you will receive an order confirmation sent to you via email. Your card will be charged when we ship your order.

PayPal

We charge your credit card via your PayPal account when your order is shipped.

Google Pay

If you choose to pay with Google Pay, a pop-up window will appear where you can choose to either use a saved card in your Google Pay wallet or add a new one. When you click "buy," you will return to the order confirmation.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is available when you browse in Safari on an Apple device. Before using Apple Pay, you must activate your Apple account and device. If you choose Apple Pay at checkout, you confirm the payment on your Apple device. Once the payment is made, you will be redirected back to stories.com.

Gift Cards

You can use your gift card online or at any & Other Stories store – as long as it is in the country where it was purchased.

How to pay with your gift card online:

Select “Add gift card” at checkout.

Enter your gift card number and PIN.

Pay the full amount with your gift card or combine it with another payment method. The choice is yours.

Find your PIN:

Have a physical gift card? Scratch off the box on the back to reveal the code.

Have a digital gift card? You will find your gift card number and PIN in the email you received when the gift card was purchased.

Currencies and VAT

The currency used in Sweden is Swedish kronor (SEK).

VAT is included in all our prices. All prices and product information in the & Other Stories online store are subject to change, and some garments are only available in selected stores.

Students receive 12% off the entire range when shopping on Stories.com, including sale items.

All you need to do is register as a student through Mecenat. You will receive a discount code that you can use at checkout when shopping online. Please note that the student discount cannot be combined with other discount codes.

Gift cards can be used online or at any & Other Stories store in the country where the gift card was purchased. They can be used as full payment or combined with another payment method.
