Regulamin – Członkowie

1. General  

1.1 These terms and conditions together with specific instructions provided by & Other Stories constitute the rules (“Rules”) and apply to the Gift Card Promotional Competition (“Competition”) organised by H & M Hennes & Mauritz Sverige AB, 556151-2376, SE-106 38 Stockholm, Sweden (“H&M”).  By participating in the Competition, each entrant ("You") agrees to be bound by the Rules and H&M’s Privacy Policy. The Competition commence at 10:00 on May 29 and closes at 18:00 on May 30.   

1.2 & Other Stories may, acting reasonably and at its sole discretion, apply, interpret, terminate, alter, limit, suspend or modify the Rules at any time, without notice. Any changes will be communicated to all Competition participants.  

1.3 In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules or the results and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.   


2. Qualifying Entrants    

2.1 The Competition is open to persons 18 years or older when entering the Competition, who are not under guardianship. 
If you are aged under 18 years, & Other Stories assumes (and you warrant) that your parents or legal guardians have given their consent to you entering the Competition and accepting these Rules.

2.2 Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of & Other Stories or any of its affiliated companies within the H&M Group,  are not eligible to enter the Competition.  

2.3 & Other Stories reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. & Other Stories reserves the right not to award a prize (and to select an alternative winner) if & Other Stories is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that a winner is not eligible. & Other Stories also reserves the right to disqualify and remove any entries if & Other Stories has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.  


3. Competition Entries  

3.1 To enter the Competition ("Entry"), You must submit a written motivation explaining What you love about & Other Stories, and why? You must also provide a valid email address and accept these terms and conditions.  Only Entries submitted by the Competition’s closing date and time in the & Other Stories store on Biblioteksgatan 11 are accepted. [Multiple Entries are not accepted / Each person may submit a maximum of 1 Entry.]  

3.2 There is no fee or purchase requirement to enter the Competition.  


4. Winners  

There will be a total of 10 winner(s) selected (“Winners”). Winners are selected by a jury appointed by & Other Stories and will take place on May 29 and May 30.  

5. Prizes   

5.1 Each Winner wins a gift voucher of 1000 SEK redeemable in & Other Stories’ stores or online in Sweden.  The Prize will be distributed by & Other Stories Biblioteksgatan 11.   The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize cannot be returned nor exchanged in any of & Other Stories’ stores or online. 

5.2 The Winners will be notified via e-mail. Return of any Winner notification as undeliverable, or failure to respond within 7 days, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.  

5.3 Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other levies that may be applicable to the receipt of their Prize, based on applicable tax laws. Winners may be required to report the value of their Prize as income and/or may need to pay taxes based on applicable tax regulations.  

5.4 & Other Stories cannot be held responsible for any costs associated with winning the Prize. If costs would arise as a result of winning the Competition, they shall be covered by you.  

5.5 & Other Stories’ shall promote the Competition in accordance with applicable law, including the Swedish Marketing Act (Sw. marknadsföringslagen (2008:486)). & Other Stories shall clearly disclose the commercial nature of the Competition in all communications relating thereto.  

6. Use of Entries and Personal Data  

6.1 You agree that any content you provide in connection with your Entry may be used by & Other Stories and the Promoter for any and all purposes related to the Competition and & Other Stories’ marketing activities, without any accounting or remuneration to you.  

6.2 By submitting your Entry and accepting the Rules, you agree that & Other Stories may process your personal data (e-mail address, name) for the purpose of conducting the Competition, including but not limited to contacting Winners and publishing Winner information. For further information on how & Other Stories processes your personal data, please refer to H&M's Privacy Policy.  

7. Limitation of Liability   

7.1 & Other Stories will not be liable for any system failure or malfunction of the survey tool or any consequences thereof.   

7.2 & Other Stories accepts no liability for any loss, damages or disappointment arising from entering the Competition or in any other way relating to the Competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.   

8. Jurisdiction   

The Competition and Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Rules, including any questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
